Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actor, musician, and singer from Ireland. Corr together with Caroline Sharon and Jim, made their debut as The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr is an Irish singer musician songwriter and actor. She has been awarded an award called the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award and is well known as an integral member of The Corrs, a Celtic pop and rock group The Corrs. The singer is lead of the band and also performs on a variety of instruments. Andrea made her acting debut in the year 1991. Later, she became an experienced musician and performer on stage. She was a playback singer in 1998's Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea has six studio albums under her name, along with two compilations albums including four live albums as well as an album of mix. Her efforts to help others have been recognized. Andrea's husband, a stockbroker, and two children are hers. Andrea began music lessons learning the tin flute. Gerry was her teacher at the time she first began learning to play piano. Andrea is also an ukulele player. Her teenage years were spent perfecting her musical abilities. She would practice with her siblings and was eventually promoted to the position of the lead singer of the group. Andrea often performed in the school's productions. She was a student at in Dun Lughaidh Convent.
